    Was looking into unauthorized charges from google and found 5 unauthorized transactions from this place! Each $5.00 each, sometimes two on the same date. I am not using any Playstation account or anything, so this is BS!! has as description: “Debit: Signature purchase from 234567890 PLAYSTATION SONYENTERT800-345-7669. I don’t know how I can get this money back as I have no clue who has taken it!

    PlayStation & Sony Entertainment CA US or guilty of fraud by refusing to reverse the eight (8) identical charges made on my debit card on 11/18/2015 in the amount of $99.99 each. They refuse to do this because I don’t have a PlayStation account. I am 65 years old and I am living on Social Security. This seems to be an on going practice by this company judging from the other posts I’ve read. I asked to be allowed to talk to the president of this company, but was told (can you believe it) that they don’t accept calls. Apparently, this practice starts from the top, and is executed by their employees. I talked to a regular support employee, as well as a supervisor. Admittedly, I became very angry with them, and need to apologize to them, since they are just trying to do their jobs. In this day and age to try to say it is impossible to locate these charges without my having an account with them is incredulous. I would suggest that all those who have had this happen to them call or write the attorney generals in California, and Washington,D.C. about this practice by PlayStation and Sony Entertainment.     I too have 20 unauthorized $99.99 on my debit card starting on 12-10-15.
    Working with bank to get it cleared up.
    Sony was no help at all, and I feel they might even be encouraging the fraud to increase sales.

    I had three sets of fraudulent charges on my debit card this month (Jan. 2016) for $19.99/$79.99 on Jan 21, 24 and 26. I called my bank, cancelled my debit card and am waiting to see if my bank will credit the nearly $300 back to my account. I am a senior on a set income, do not own a PlayStation and can’t afford to lose almost half my monthly income to a thief. If you own a debit card, check charges online or at your bank at least once a week! These scum balls did this to me in 6 days.

    Have numerous fraudulent charges from this SONY 800 number on my c/c in Dec 2015 & January 2016. As stated above the 800 number personnel say they cant do anything about these charges and suggest we contact out c/c or bank to open a dispute. SONY COMPANY deserves no business from any honest US citizen. As a company they do not care that this problem has been happening since 2014. I hope they go bankrupt and then their officers are put in jail for not resolving these charges by a SONY business called PlayStation Help Line. All they are helping is to have innocent honest citizens be robbed by a SONY company.

    Omg this happen to me! I do not own or ever had a PlayStation. They started slowly in beginning of May with a $50 charge. Then 2 weeks later they started daily transactions of $50 and $48.97…I was at work has a heart attack when I noticed the name. Instantly I knew I had know business with them, called my bank and reported this. As s customer courtesy I am being reimbursed the $$$, have to wait ten days. But like the rest of you, have also had no luck when I call the Sony #, because I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT! How can this be right? Of course I’m agitated, I’m like William, where am I calling? He says Sony headquarters, I said no, which state (because we were going in circles) he said oh, I’m here in El Salvador. So basically Sony outsources, this is why they DONT CARE. I hope my bank does something. I’m bringing everything I’ve googled and found on this topic, as I feel so mad!

    I received my credit card bill today with 11 charges of $25.00 each (multiple charges on two separate days) from Playstation Network and Playstation Sonyentert 800-345-7669. Next call will be to my credit card company and LifeLock to report fraudulent charges. I have ZERO interest in using their products.

  19. I have 2 debits on my bank statement for $10.79 on 6/13/2017 & 10.79 on 8/13/2017.This charge was not autorized,I do not have Netflix.com caus charge account and don’t wish to have one.please reverse charges immediately. Confirm your reply via e-mail and letter.
