    I have no idea what this is and I have not given permission for this charge. Can you let me know how I get this resolved?

      Yes, I have had this charge on my card for several months now – I contacted my bank but I am first asking you to cancel and I am also reporting it to my attorney to handle.

    The charge is for a month/year subscription to DropBox – an online folder to store all your files, photos, videos etc. If you think the charge is a mistake, send them an email and they’ll sort it out. Dropbox is a reputable business. No need to make threats about lawyers!

    Looking through my statement for July I noticed a few transactions that I didn’t approve of on 74/15 one for $4.99 on 7/6/15 not one but 2 transactions for $19.99 and again on 7/9/15 for another $19.99 I would expect this issue be resolved in a timely manner so I don’t have to take further action for it didn’t take long to take it out of my account so I can plan on it not take long before I see this in my account.
